Project Overview: The Families First Resilience Report was a transformative "Change Marketing" launch of a new strategic plan and mission for Families First, and our first public announcement for external stakeholders. This narrative was the result of a year's painstaking work, internally, to shift the entire 130-year-old organization toward a new Navigator model. At this point, although program leadership was involved in the strategic planning process, the shift was confusing for the staff and this document became the bible for understanding and getting behind a new vision both internally and externally. The project included interviews, statistical analysis, copywriting and managing the design process which also resulted in an elevation of the original Families First brand.
